County Town - Ipswich

Suffolk County Council list seven country walks varying between about 2 - 4 miles in length. Well described with some attractive photos.

Five circular walks around the Sizewell area, with information about the  Heritage Coastal Path. All the walks start and at at the Vulcan Arms - very handy!

The East Suffolk Line was saved from closure in the ‘60’s and now there are eleven walks along its length, accessible from the stations en route.

The National Trust provide this walk, called the John Constable Walk, which takes in the picturesque Stour Valley. Downloadable in PDF format.
